Time management coupled with energy investment is the secret for peak performance output.
Firstly, we need to start with understanding each individuals energy spikes during the day to focus on the essentials i.e. the most important activity for that day. Few are consistent throughout the day, morning birds can knock off most of their important chores before the world wakes up, night owls would like to be left alone when the world sleeps.
Time slot of deploying energy changes, but altering your schedule within the 24 hour span does not. Optimization of one’s own energy is golden.
